Permanent Cosmetics Service Descriptions

Intradermal Pigmentation

Intradermal Pigmentation is used for a variety of permanent cosmetic enhancements such as permanent eyebrows, eyeliner and lip liner/color. This procedure for lip color is beautiful, as it can appear to change the size, shape and color of the lips. This procedure helps prevent lipstick from bleeding into the surrounding skin, and is popular for those wanting a natural or dramatic look. The eyebrow procedure can mimic the appearance of hair in the brow line, providing the look of brow fullness without applying makeup, while looking natural.

A subtle, natural look, mimicking thousands of tiny eyelashes with the implantation of pigments in the lash line is popular with both male and female clients. Additional shadowing of color can be added for a soft natural liner or a bold, defined line may be achieved. Ophthalmologists recommend Intradermal Cosmetic procedures for those who are allergic to conventional makeup and for those wearing contact lenses.

Micro Blading

Micro Blading is a technique often used over the traditional machine because it is more focused on individual hair strokes.  After numbing your skin, we will spend as much time as you need drawing on the result that you are looking to achieve. Then we select an appropriate color for your brows. The result is subtly defined hair strokes, not a blended or filled in look.

It is very important to make your touch up appointment 4-6 weeks later.  They will fade, often considerable and unevenly, don't be alarmed.  That is what the touch up is for.  This is your chance to address the tweaks you want to add to your new brows.  Micro Blading lasts approximately 1 year but everyone is different.

Eyelash Extensions

Eyelash Extensions by Sharon Wilkens are applied with the highest quality silk lashes available, creating volume to your eyes and will give the illusion of having mascara on even when you do not.  The lashes will remain on for the natural cycle of lash rejuvenation (between 3-4 weeks).  Our eyelash flares which are bundles of lashes that are attached and while they do not offer the same longevity (1-2 weeks), they offer a faster application process with the same look and lower cost factor. The flares are great for a last minute affair or event.

We feature the striking, single strand 100% natural Siberian mink lashes. These intriguing, high fashion lashes are flirty and elegant, yet soft and subtle, and 100% “Cruelty Free”. These lashes are very light weight, with a dark black color, perfect for those seeking authentic real mink individual single strand lashes.

Skin Needling

Skin Needling or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) is an exciting new natural treatment to improve your skin texture, smooth wrinkles, fine lines and soften scars. It’s suitable for all skin types and all areas of the face, neck, décolletage and hands.

Hyaluronic acid and colostrum gel is used during the treatment to help hydrate the skin and minimize fine lines. The treatment promotes the natural reproduction of collagen and elastin, making the skin feel smoother and tighter. Creating only microscopic punctures in the epidermis, skin needling is minimally invasive with little damage to the epidermis which means the collagen production is significantly quicker than some other more aggressive treatments.
